A rigid formed PVC sheet material with a specific gravity of approximately half that of a normal PVC sheet. It is available in thicknesses from 1mm to 30mm with matt surfaces up to 10mm and gloss surfaces from 10mm up to 30mm. Primary colours are available in 3mm. This products benefits include excellent insulation characteristics, it's vacuum formable flame retardant (class1 to BS476) and it can be welded and bonded by adhesives. It can be drilled, screwed, sawed, nailed and has excellent print characteristics with no preparation needed prior to printing. Applications include sign displays, photo mounting, exhibition stands, laboratory furniture, fascia panels, wall dividers, cable channels, ventilation ducting, electrical panel and switchboards, model design, automotive interiors, acoustical panels, interior decorating, partition walls, table boards and shelves.
