Expanded Polystyrene foam is a closed cell lightweight rigid cellular plastics material. With it's combination of lightness, ease of installation and cost efficient R  value (R value being insulation measure) EPS has outstanding industrial, residential, commercial and architectural applications. We have supplied EPS for floatation pods, spa covers, ceiling lining, fish tank bases, model railway scenery, architectural modelling and campervan insulation just to name a few! It is the most economical material from which to construct 3 dimensional signage and when properly sealed and painted with withstand extreme weathering. (It will permit water absorption if not properly sealed.) We are pound to stock Australian made Foamex polystyrene in low and high density. Available in sheets from thickness of 12mm to 100mm (other thicknesses to order depending on quantity). We can also supply cut to size or cut signage on our CNC router.
